That covers carriageway and footway reinstatement, tarmac and road surfacing, concreting and kerbing, block paving, groundworks, utility trenching, drainage, reactive pothole repair using cold lay techniques, and Section 278 highway works on development schemes. We work to SROH specification and HAUC(UK) guidance on all street works.

Yes. Our accreditation stack is set up for PQQ (pre-qualification questionnaire) and ITT (invitation to tender) responses. We hold NRSWA, Constructionline Gold, Achilles (ID 00019964), CHAS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, EUSR, and Cyber Essentials. Insurance, financial detail, company policies, and reference work are all available on request. We are actively reviewing framework opportunities and reactive tenders across our six-county patch. The tender-relevant stack: NRSWA accredited operatives for all street works in the public highway, Constructionline Gold, Achilles (ID 00019964), CHAS, and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 across quality, environmental, and health and safety. Supporting accreditations include WIRS (self-lay water, via Lloyd’s Register), WIAPS, NERS (under re-assessment), EUSR, and Cyber Essentials. Our field teams carry CSCS cards and we work to Chapter 8 standards on traffic management.

Yes. All our reinstatement work is delivered to the Specification for the Reinstatement of Openings in Highways (SROH) and follows HAUC(UK) guidance on street works. Our handover pack covers as-built records, reinstatement sign-off, and NRSWA documentation. On Category 1 and 2 roads we follow the stricter reinstatement requirements and material specifications as standard.

Yes. We have the teams capable of delivering Section 278 highway works (developer-funded public road works), Section 38 works (new road adoptions), and Section 50 works (utility trench reinstatement under permit). We are actively structuring our delivery for Section 278 schemes in particular, as our civils and reinstatement capability maps directly to the technical scope. Yes. We are approved installers of Magma Ironworks cold lay products (Meon UK): PatchMaster H570 for carriageway, H575 for footway, and UltraCrack L270 for crack repair. Cold lay is increasingly adopted by councils for reactive and programmed repair work where rapid mobilisation, minimal disruption, and durable performance matter. Our teams are trained in correct application and finish for long service life.

Yes. Our kerbing and concreting teams deliver dropped kerbs, vehicle crossovers, and footway modifications to council specification across our six-county patch. For most councils we work under their standard vehicle crossover specification and sign-off process.

Hertfordshire, London (all boroughs), Surrey, Essex, Cambridgeshire, and Berkshire as standard. Our main yard is in Hertfordshire. For longer schemes, larger framework deliveries, or multi-county programmes we travel further across the South East.

Yes. We run 24/7 standby capacity from our Hertfordshire depot with field teams also based at Heathrow. Mobilisation for emergency reactive work within the six-county patch is measured in hours not days. For planned reactive programmes (pothole fills, patching runs, winter response) we scale teams to programme volume.

Standard handover pack covers as-built records, SROH reinstatement sign-off, NRSWA street works documentation, method statement and risk assessment records, traffic management records (Chapter 8 compliant), material test records where applicable, and any scheme-specific compliance documentation required by the council. We work with the permitting and handover requirements of each authority we deliver into.
