Currently recruiting for a Senior QS and/or a QS to join our commercial team.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Client applications for payments including associated processes, client and dispute management.
- Commercial performance and analysis.
- Compensation event and early warning management.
- Commercial reporting
- Client liaison.
- Subcontract management.
Required Experience
- HND / degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with NEC forms of contract NEC3 particular Option C.
- Previous experience in Utilities industry.
- Experience in commercial management of contracts.
- Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable liaising with clients and management.
- Stable employment history.
- Excellent time keeping skills.
Salary and package can be discussed depending on qualifications and experience.
