Water Operatives (R&M / M&R / Developer Experience / Project Teams)

Currently recruiting for water teams to join our Utility division. Candidates should be able co-ordinate and manage the work within their own gang, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and to programme.

Qualifications:

1. SSSTS qualification 
2. Service Avoidance 
3. NRSWA operative 
4. EUSR Water Hygiene
5. SHEA
6. NCO(W) Mains and Service Laying Level 2
7. Various work tickets dependant on the role

Skills:

1. Extensive experience of the Utilities industry. 
2. Practical hands-on approach.
3. Good people skills with ability to motivate others.
4. Aware of team’s strengths and weaknesses.
5. Good organisational skills.

Training can be provided to the right candidates.
